some issues with the room's amenities
convenient locationuncomfortable bedempty soap dispenser
the hotel's location was quite convenient it was close to the metro and within walking distance of several attractions
the bed felt very uncomfortable to me two twin beds were pushed together they kept separating during the night also the mattress was too hard the soap dispenser in the shower was empty housekeeping didn't refill it and there wasn't much space for toiletries in the bathroom

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel lobby had nice seating areas. family was able to visit easily.
the bathroom window did not have a blackout drape. people could see inside the toilet when i showered. the cleaning people cleaned late. it was very inconvenient.
